For many years from 1994 we were the DemirDöküm Bahçelievler authorised service. Today, as an independent service, we repair, maintain and install the Nitromix, Atromix, Atron, Vintage, Nepto and Adamix ranges.

Independent-service notice: Kayahan Isı is not DemirDöküm's authorised service; we are an independent technical service with 45 years of authorised-service experience. For in-warranty work contact the manufacturer's authorised service; we handle every out-of-warranty fault, maintenance and installation.
Our founder began as a DemirDöküm apprentice in 1976 and from 1994 ran the DemirDöküm Bahçelievler authorised service with a 25-person team. We know each range's characteristic faults, parts and settings at technician level.

Genuine parts and guarantee
Only genuine DemirDöküm parts — pump, fan, gas valve, exchanger, diverter valve, NTC, PCB — with written guarantee and the part's box handed over. Annual maintenance includes flue-gas CO₂ analysis to restore factory combustion settings.

Are you DemirDöküm's authorised service?
No. We were for many years; today we are independent. For in-warranty work contact the manufacturer's authorised service; we handle everything out of warranty.
Which districts do you cover?
Same-day service across Bahçelievler, Bağcılar, Bakırköy, Güngören, Zeytinburnu, Esenler, Bayrampaşa and Küçükçekmece on Istanbul's European side. Call us for neighbouring districts.
How is the service fee set?
After diagnosis, the work and any part cost are quoted clearly before we start. Nothing is done without your approval.
Is the work guaranteed?
Repair workmanship and the genuine parts we fit are covered by a written guarantee stated on the service report.
