From 1982 to 1994 we ran the E.C.A. Bakırköy regional authorised service. Today, as an independent service, we repair, maintain and install the Proteus Plus, Proteus Premix, Confeo Plus/Premix, Calora and Fortius ranges.

We started with E.C.A.: twelve years as regional authorised service, independent today.
Independent-service notice: Kayahan Isı is not E.C.A.'s authorised service; we are an independent technical service with 45 years of authorised-service experience. For in-warranty work contact the manufacturer's authorised service; we handle every out-of-warranty fault, maintenance and installation.
Our founder İlhan Kaya ran the E.C.A. Bakırköy regional authorised service from 1982 to 1994; thousands of E.C.A. appliances in Bakırköy, Bahçelievler and around passed through our hands. The Elginkan group's brand is still very common in our area; we know both the older room-sealed models and the new Premix condensing ranges.

Frequent E.C.A. faults
- E01 — no ignition / flame loss: electrode, ionisation, gas valve, gas pressure
- E02 — low water pressure: expansion vessel, safety valve, system leak
- E03 / E04 — flue and fan: pressure switch, fan, blocked flue
- E05 / E06 — NTC sensors and overheating (scaled exchanger, low flow)
- E09 — board / communication; wiring and sensors are measured before blaming the board
- Plate-exchanger scaling and hot-water fluctuation on Proteus Plus
- Condensate-trap and gas/air-ratio shutdowns on Premix ranges
Genuine parts and guarantee
Only genuine parts on E.C.A. appliances: pump, fan, gas valve, exchanger, diverter valve, NTC and control board. Parts and labour guaranteed in writing; box and documents handed over.
Maintenance and upgrade

Are you E.C.A.'s authorised service?
No. We were the E.C.A. Bakırköy regional authorised service from 1982 to 1994; today we are independent. In-warranty work goes to E.C.A.'s authorised service; we handle everything out of warranty.
My Proteus Plus shows E01 — what should I do?
Try one reset; if it returns, make sure the gas valve is open, keep the boiler off and call. It is usually the electrode or ionisation; the technician brings the part.
Are parts still available for old E.C.A. boilers?
No problem on Plus and Premix ranges. For open-flue models over 15 years we check availability by serial number; if unavailable we present replacement options.

Same-day service across Bahçelievler, Bağcılar, Bakırköy, Güngören, Zeytinburnu, Esenler, Bayrampaşa and Küçükçekmece on Istanbul's European side. Call us for neighbouring districts.
How is the service fee set?
After diagnosis, the work and any part cost are quoted clearly before we start. Nothing is done without your approval.
Is the work guaranteed?
Repair workmanship and the genuine parts we fit are covered by a written guarantee stated on the service report.
