Annual maintenance
Scale and soot on the heat exchanger make the boiler burn more gas for the same heat. Annual maintenance cleans the exchanger and burner, sets the gas/air ratio, measures flue draught and checks the expansion vessel, safety valve and electrode. A maintained boiler burns less, fails less and lasts longer — and most manufacturer warranties require it.

Every part we fit — pump, fan, gas valve, exchanger, diverter valve, PCB — is the manufacturer's genuine part, handed over with its box and written guarantee.
Installation and conversion
Choosing the right capacity (kW), flue type and pipework compatibility decides how a new boiler performs. Converting an old conventional boiler to a condensing model starts with an on-site survey covering gas project, flue and pipework. Commissioning, gas-leak test and user training are included.

Common questions about boiler service.
When should the boiler be serviced?
Ideally before the heating season, in September–October. Any time of year works; what matters is once a year, every year.
My boiler keeps losing pressure — what now?
Pressure should sit at 1–1.5 bar. Frequent drops point to a leak in the pipework or expansion vessel; topping up constantly increases scaling. Book a visit to locate the source.

DemirDöküm, Vaillant, Baymak, Protherm, Bosch, Buderus, E.C.A., Airfel, Ferroli, Viessmann and every other boiler brand. Our 45 years in DemirDöküm and Vaillant authorised service give us particularly deep experience with those.

How is the service fee set?
After diagnosis, the work and any part cost are quoted clearly before we start. Nothing is done without your approval.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes. Our team holds MYK vocational-qualification and Ministry of Education certificates and spent years in DemirDöküm and Vaillant authorised service; new technicians come through our EU-funded vocational course.
Is the work guaranteed?
Repair workmanship and the genuine parts we fit are covered by a written guarantee stated on the service report.
